Painless

i’m sitting here in bed watching tv and i just realized something … not once today did i have to get up and walk off the discomfort of sitting behind my desk all day. the 30 extra minutes of accident traffic on my commute home didn’t lead to pain across my lower back. at no point did i feel the need to stretch and re-stretch phantom aches stemming from mystery misalignments. was my entire day completely pain free … no. but for the first time in months i can not just see but actually feel how far i’ve come. it’s taken a little lot longer than i expected but i am beating this.

it’s a start. may have jinxed myself a little though because i woke up this morning feeling stiff across my hip but even one (almost) pain free day is more than i’ve had in months! what’s your schedule like this weekend? wine night saturday maybe? xoxo

yes yes yes! I’m sure it’ll still go in phases but the most important thing is that you & your body know you’re beating it. πŸ™‚
