lost week

not that anyone noticed but i didn’t post with a mileage update last week because quite honestly it was the lowest, lamest workout week i’ve had in awhile. i did do pilates and an upper body workout. and i even did a boot camp class that i won’t be doing again anytime soon given how disasterous it was to the hip. the only actual running i did was for dances with dirt and it doesn’t take much to add those two legs together. but at the end of the week, i need to see the miles. so here it is.

2011 total miles
107.5

i’d like to say this week is shaping up to be better but at this point that would be a lie. time to step it back up. ten days until the gasparilla half.
