week of feb 6

i’m definitely out of practice on posting my weekly updates but i want to get back to it. i don’t have time to write more that just the basics of last week but i want to get it posted since this week is more than halfway over already! so …

last week was
gym with slowandsteady + 2 mile island run
tuesday off
wednesday gym with slowandsteady
thursday 4 mile solo island run + 1.6 mile island run with sab
friday gym with slowandsteady
saturday 8.5 mile run  ~ 3.5 solo. 5 along the bay with evo
sunday 4 mile run in the hunter’s hood + 4 mile ride with the hunter + core and upper body workout with the hunter

twenty miles of running, 4 miles biking (though purely for leisure) and 4 weight training sessions!

am i pain free? no.
am i up to pace? not even close!
have i found my abs yet? ha! what abs?

but it’s a solid start and from here on out there will be
no. more. excuses!
